    Free Hearing Screening is available to anyone aged 18 years and over at all Dilworth Hearing clinics. The referred patient must book and attend an appointment with Dilworth Hearing before 30 April 2024 for both parties to be eligible to receive the gift card. The existing patient of Dilworth Hearing will only receive a gift card upon redemption of the barcode by the referred patient. Offer not available to be issued to, or redeemed by, Dilworth Hearing employees. Dilworth Hearing takes no responsibility should the gift card be lost in the mail or individual details are not correct. Usage of the gift card is subject to the conditions of the chosen supplier. Dilworth Hearing reserves the right to change the supplier of the gift card without notice. The gift card value is $15. The gift card will be dispatched within a month of the referred patient’s appointment completion date.
