    Terms and conditions:Free full diagnostic hearing assessment is available to existing Dilworth Hearing patients. The prize draw promotion is open to Dilworth Hearing patients who receive the promotional email and attend a free hearing screening or diagnostic hearing assessment during 28 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. The prize consists of one Nespresso DeLonghi Vertuo valued at $449 (incl GST) each. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at Dilworth Hearing on Monday 5 October at 5pm. The winner will be notified by phone or email to the phone or address provided. The winner must respond within five business days of the draw, or another winner will be drawn. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash

    *36 months interest free is available on a Fixed Instalment for eligible in-store purchases only until further notice. Minimum purchase price of $5,000 applies.

    Lending criteria, fees, terms and conditions apply. A $55 Establishment Fee applies to a customer’s first Fixed Instalment purchase. A $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent Fixed Instalment purchase. A $50 Annual Account Fee applies. Other fees and charges may apply in accordance with your credit contract. New customers must apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card.     The Fixed Instalment purchase will be repaid through equal monthly Instalments over a 36-month term. Customers may repay their Fixed Instalment in full at any time without penalty. Customers will be required to make an Instalment payment every month as shown in the month statement. Any overpayment in a month will not remove your requirement to make an Instalment payment the following month. Provided all required repayments are made in accordance with the credit contract, no interest will be charged on the financed purchase during the 36-month promotional period. If an Instalment is missed or received after the Due Date the Q Mastercard account may fall into arrears. Additional fees, charges and other consequences may apply in accordance with the credit contract.
