    Terms and Conditions

    • Free hearing screening is available to AA Members aged 15 and over (AA Members aged under 15 years require different, specialised paediatric hearing care, ask your GP for more information).
    • Limit one free full diagnostic hearing consultation only per year per AA Member.
    • Valid AA Membership card must be presented at the time of appointment.
    • Other appointment types are excluded from the offer, including but not limited to hearing aid reviews, tinnitus consultations, paediatric appointments, ear wax removal, and other specialised appointments.

    AA Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

    • To enter the Prize Draw offer, AA Members must book a Free Hearing Screening or Free Full Diagnostic Hearing Assessment at any Dilworth Hearing clinic before 31 October 2025 and attend the appointment before 30 November 2025.
    • Limit of one entry per AA Member.
    • There is three prizes of a $100 Mitre 10 voucher, including GST to be won. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    • The prize draw will be conducted on Monday 1 December 2025 at 5pm, and the winner will be notified within two business days via the contact details provided during the appointment booking. The winner must reply to Dilworth Hearing within five business days of the notification, or an alternative winner will be selected.
    • To the extent permitted by law, Dilworth Hearing can amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Dilworth Hearing collects, uses, shares and stores personal information you give to us in accordance with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020. You agree to the practices describe in our privacy policy and that we may use your personal information to enter you in, facilitate and promote the Giveaway, and to otherwise contact you about products, services, giveaways and offers we think are of interest to you.
