Simply attend your own hearing screening or diagnostic hearing assessment, and our friendly team will provide a voucher for you to share with a friend, supporting their hearing journey so they can hear the life they love.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Patient will refer to an existing Dilworth Hearing customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Dilworth Hearing customer.
    2. Patient can refer a Friend.
    3. Friend can only be referred by one Patient.
    4. To be eligible, the Friend must be referred before booking their appointment, i.e. Patient and Friend should not have concurrent appointments on the same day.
    5. $25 e-voucher is issued within 14 days of Friend completing an eligible appointment.
    6. Eligible appointments include hearing screening, ear wax removal & diagnostic hearing assessment.
    7. Appointment may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed.
    8. Patient and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address, and their date of birth, to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
    9. Friend must be new to Dilworth Hearing (no appointment attended within the previous year) and over the age of 50.
    10. Dilworth Hearing staff members are not eligible to receive a $25 e-voucher.
