Terms and Conditions

•  Discount on the top-up price to a higher level of non-rechargeable or rechargeable technology for ACC patients from selected manufacturers – Phonak, Oticon and Resound and within selected portfolio of products from Dilworth Hearing’s Standard, Mid and High technology range. Should a patient choose to pay a top-up amount in addition to their ACC funding, this offer is a limited time special discount on the top up payment.
• When a patient upgrades to a higher level of technology, they will pay the following top-up amounts (these prices are GST inclusive):
  •  Band 1 ACC patients receive fully funded Entry level non-rechargeable technology. Patients can pay a top-up for a higher level of non-rechargeable or rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below:
    • Top-up to increase one technology level from Entry to Standard non-rechargeable technology: $2,000 (bino), $1,000 (mono)
    • Top up to increase one technology level from Entry to Standard rechargeable technology: $2,500 (bino), $1,250 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase two technology levels from Entry to Mid non-rechargeable technology: $4,000 (bino), $2,000 (mono)
    • Top up to increase two technology levels from Entry to Mid rechargeable technology: $4,500 (bino), $2,250 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase three technology levels from Entry to High non-rechargeable technology: $6,000 (bino), $3,000 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase three technology levels from Entry to high rechargeable technology: $6,500 (bino), $3,250 (mono)
  •  Band 2 ACC patients receive fully funded Entry level non-rechargeable technology. Patients can pay a top-up for a higher level of non-rechargeable or rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below:
    • Top-up to increase one technology level from Entry to Standard non-rechargeable technology: $1,500 (bino), $750 (mono)
    • Top up to increase one technology level from Entry to Standard rechargeable technology: $2,000 (bino), $1,000 (mono)
    •  Top-up to increase two technology levels from Entry to Mid non-rechargeable technology: $3,500 (bino), $1,750 (mono
    • Top up to increase two technology levels from Entry to Mid rechargeable technology: $4,000 (bino), $2,000 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase three technology levels from Entry to High non-rechargeable technology: $5,500 (bino), $2,750 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase three technology levels from Entry to high rechargeable technology: $6,000 (bino), $3,000 (mono)
  • Band 3 ACC patients receive fully funded Standard level non-rechargeable technology. Patients can pay a top-up for a higher level of non-rechargeable or rechargeable technology and receive this at a discounted cost as set out below:
    • Top-up to increase one technology level from Standard to Mid non-rechargeable technology: $1,500 (bino), $750 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase one technology level from Standard to Mid rechargeable technology: $2,000 (bino), $1,000 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase two technology levels from Standard to High non-rechargeable technology: $3,500 (bino), $1,750 (mono)
    • Top-up to increase two technology levels from Standard to High rechargeable technology: $4,000 (bino), $2,000 (mono)
• Only ACC patients are eligible for this offer (new and existing hearing aid wearers).
• The Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere products are excluded from the discount promotion.
• Veterans’ Affairs, Insurance and Ministry of Health (MOH) Hearing Aid Funding Scheme patients (who have the cost of hearing aids fully funded by the MOH) are not eligible for this offer.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Hearing aids must be purchased between 12 May – 8 June 2025 from Dilworth Hearing clinics.
• If custom ear moulds are required, these are $100 each. Custom hearing aids (IIC / CIC / ITC /ITE) are an additional $500 per pair of hearing aids.
• Standard manufacturer warranties apply to hearing aids.
