60 packets of hearing aid batteries will be supplied which fit the patients hearing aids (totals are halved for monaural fittings).
Free ear moulds available (if applicable) for the life of the hearing aids, excluding embedded receiver moulds.
The Extended Warranty is valid for the following items in respect of the periods and repairs specified:
- Hearing aids (excluding speaker unit of receiver-in-the-ear hearing aids): 3 years from the date of the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty expiry (which is 3 years from the date of purchase of the hearing aids).
- Speaker unit of receiver-in-the-ear hearing aids: 5 years from the date of the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty expiry (which is 1 year from the date of purchase of the hearing aids). Microphone, receiver-in-the-ear (MRIE), and custom-encased receivers are excluded; these have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (which is also 1 year from the date of purchase of the hearing aids).
- Rechargeable hearing aids charging dock: 5 years from the date that the Manufacturer’s Warranty expiry (which is 1 year from the date of purchase of the hearing aids).
