(1) Attend your free full diagnostic hearing assessment appointment between 1st March and 31st March 2025 and go in the draw to win a pair of top-of-the-range hearing aids.

General terms and conditions:

• Patients who receive an email from Dilworth Hearing offering a free full diagnostic hearing assessment appointment at Dilworth Hearing and attend this appointment between 1st March and 31st March 2025 are eligible for the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion.
• The hearing aids available as part of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion are a high technology range of hearing aids have a retail price of up to $11,790 (for a pair of hearing aids).
• Offer valid for binaural and monaural hearing aids dependent on patients’ needs.
• Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids won as part of this giveaway.
• The hearing aids won as part of this giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion will be randomly drawn from all valid appointment attendances (full diagnostic hearing assessment) on Wednesday 20th April 2025
• The winner will be contacted via the contact details they have provided to Dilworth Hearing in booking their appointment (phone and/or email) and the winner has 5 working days to claim their prize.
• If the winner is unable to be contacted within 5 working days, a new winner will be drawn, and the process will continue until a winner is successfully contacted.
• The winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion must be fitted with their hearing aids on or before 30th June 2025.
• If the patient has purchased their hearing aids at Dilworth Hearing before they are found to be the winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion, Dilworth Hearing will refund any patient contributions if they wish to keep the level of technology they have purchased.
• If the patient has purchased their hearing aids before they are found to be the winner of the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion and wish to change their hearing aids to a higher level of technology, Dilworth Hearing will refund any patient contributions and exchange their hearing aid(s) for high technology range of hearing aid(s).
• If the Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion winner is unable to use the hearing aids, or their hearing needs do not require the use of hearing devices, the winner may gift the hearing aid(s) to another person of their choosing. In this instance, hearing aids must be claimed by 30 June 2025 and the person fitted with their hearing aid(s) by 31st July 2025.
• To the extent permitted by law, Dilworth Hearing can amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
• Dilworth Hearing employees and their families are not entitled to enter this promotion.
• Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value) or may be returned, within 60 days of fitting.
• Dilworth Hearing reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) has not been returned or has been damaged or lost.
• The Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere products are excluded from this Hearing Aid Giveaway Promotion.
