For a limited time we’re offering Kelburn patients a re-check of their hearing with a free diagnostic hearing assessment (normally valued at $120). As hearing can deteriorate over time it’s important to have regular assessments to monitor any changes. At your appointment, your audiologist can talk to you about any treatment plans for your individual situation and for the type of loss you have.

    • Offer valid for diagnostic hearing assessment only, not valid for tinnitus, balance testing, APD, high frequency audiometry, hearing aid review or cochlear implant assessments.
    • Offer valid until 31 August 2024.

    Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

    To enter the Prize Draw offer, patients must book and attend a full diagnostic hearing assessment appointment at Dilworth Hearing Kelburn clinic between 15 July 2024 to 31 August 2024.

    • Limit of one entry per person.
    • There is one prize of a Chuffed Gift Voucher for two (valued at $159) to be won. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Chuffed Gift vouchers are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the Chuffed Gift website https://chuffedgifts.co.nz/terms-and-conditions/).
    • The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 6 September 2024 at 5pm, and the winner will be notified within two business days via the contact details provided during the appointment booking. The winner must reply to Dilworth Hearing within five business days of the notification, or an alternative winner will be selected.
    • Dilworth Hearing employees are not entitled to these offers.
    • To the extent permitted by law, Dilworth Hearing can amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
