Online Shop

Our Online Shop is available for purchasing hearing aid batteries and supplies over the holiday period. Consumables including selected tubes and domes, wax filters, wipes, dry capsules and dry cups are also available at our Online Shop.

Please order on or before 19th December to ensure dispatch before Christmas. For any orders placed between 25 December 2024 and 5 January, dispatch will be on 6 January 2025.

    Lost or damaged hearing aids

    If you lose or damage your hearing aids over the holiday period our team can help you with sorting any repairs, replacements, and insurance claims, with the aim of getting your new or repaired hearing aids out to you as soon as possible in the New Year. Please book an appointment or visit your clinic from 6 January 2025.
