    Terms and conditions

    • The Dilworth Hearing Columbus Coffee gift card prize draw entry is open to Dilworth Hearing patients aged over 18 years who book and attend a full diagnostic hearing assessment at our Takanini clinic before 24 December 2024. 
    • Dilworth Hearing employees and their families are not entitled to enter prize draw. 
    • Limit of one entry per person. 
    • There are two prizes of a $50 Columbus Coffee gift cards (including GST) to be won. 
    • The winners will be the first two valid entries drawn at Dilworth Hearing, on Tuesday 7th January 2025 at 5pm. The winners will be notified by phone or email to the phone or address provided. The winners must respond within five business days of the draw, or another winner will be drawn. 
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. 
    • All information provided by entrants will be collected, used, stored, disclosed and corrected in accordance with Dilworth Hearing’s privacy policy.
